It is a great pleasure that we present you with the electronic version of the journal The Annual of Language & Politics and Politics of Identity.  A range of articles on various implications of language and politics as well as political identity has been prepared by authors and members of wider research group. The Annual is thus an expression of an interdisciplinary approach of authors from an international academic scene. Moreover, it provides a ground for young scholars to publish their research papers in this journal together with distinguished professors.

The main goal of the electronic version is to provide readers with relevant information on matters pertaining to language policy around the globe in more available e-form. We have broadened the spectrum of topics and viewpoints; improved the quality and expertise of the articles and tried to make the reader’s experience more enjoyable.
